SV Strilbas under exclusive management and operation with UTEC

Having newly entered the market last year, customers of Seaboston saw real benefits in their new vessel SV Strilbas’ capability, but as with all new concepts, refining was required. Nigel Boston, MD of Seaboston, reports that signing a 5-year deal with UTEC guarantees clients continuity and quality of service from the 2004 season. UTEC’s commitment to both the refit and further enhancements to the Strilbas convinced Boston that they were the right long-term partner.

UTEC is an established diving and marine contractor with a twelve-year track record in the provision of vessel management, light construction, survey and subsea engineering services to the offshore cable and energy markets world-wide.

SV Strilbas is currently undergoing refit and engineering works, in Rotterdam, including the addition of a Moon Pool for 2004-5 season.
